A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date. (non-refundable)

The final headcount and remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the event, at which point you will receive a final invoice.

In the event of cancellation after final payment has been received, a refund of up to 50% may be issued. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover costs already incurred.

If cancellation is due to inclement weather, our team will make every effort to reschedule your event for a future date.

Feature styled boards, risers and upscale presentation.
​All grazing tables include a $200 flat rental and setup fee, which covers table styling, décor, and display rentals. Food pricing is based on your chosen size and number of guests. Food clean up and to go containers are not included in pricing, but can be added. We will arrange a time to pick up all rental items
